El candidato demócrata, Joe Biden, se ha convertido este sábado en presidente electo de Estados Unidos. Biden, el candidato presidencial que más votos ha ganado en la historia de EE UU, ha superado la cifra mágica de 270 compromisarios que necesitaba en el Colegio Electoral tras confirmarse que ganará en Pensilvania.

Su compañera de fórmula, Kamala Harris, ha hecho también historia al convertirse en la primera mujer elegida jamás como vicepresidenta de EE UU, además de la primera mujer negra que llegará a ese cargo, cuando ambos asuman la Casa Blanca el 20 de enero.
